By registering on VisibilityAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

VisibilityAI finds where your business is missing from AI answers, fixes the verified sources AI systems rely on, and measures whether visibility changed. We publish a business profile page and, once you approve them, corrections on sources you own or control.

Results are measured through each engine's API on the prompts and locations shown. Consumer-app answers can differ, and a change followed by a result is an association, not proof of cause. VisibilityAI does not control ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity or any other AI engine, and cannot guarantee placement, recommendation, leads or revenue.

• You must provide accurate and truthful information about your business.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• One account per business is permitted.
• You must not use the platform for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually, as you choose at checkout. A subscription renews automatically each period until you cancel.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
• Applicable taxes (GST, VAT, etc.) will be added at checkout based on your jurisdiction.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds and the 60-day visibility guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy.

If your business profile is not visible on Perplexity (Sonar API) and Bing organic search signal within 60 days of registration on a paid plan, we will provide the next month of service free of charge. This guarantee applies to paid subscribers only.

“Visible” means, specifically: we run generic category searches that a prospective customer who does not know your business would type — for example “best [your category] in [your city]” — against Perplexity (Sonar API) and Bing organic search signal. The Bing-side sold measurement is Bing organic search (DataForSEO) only. It is not the consumer Microsoft Copilot app, and no other Microsoft surface is measured for or decides the guarantee. If your business name or website appears anywhere in the answer to at least one of those searches, on at least one of those engines, the guarantee is met.

Searches that include your own business name are deliberately excluded from this check. Appearing when someone searches for you by name is not the visibility this guarantee covers. We do not promise any specific rank or position within an answer, only that you appear in it.

If neither engine can be reached at the time of the check (for example, a third-party API outage), we do not pass or credit the account on that basis; the check is retried daily until it can be completed for real.

VisibilityAI uses Google Gemini AI to generate business descriptions, FAQs, and keywords. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by you. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

You retain ownership of your business information and logo. By submitting content to VisibilityAI, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content for the purpose of providing our services.

VisibilityAI does not guarantee specific rankings or placements on third-party AI platforms, as these are controlled by the respective platforms. Our service optimizes your content for AI discovery, but actual results may vary.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior on the platform.
