1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on VisibilityAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Service Description

VisibilityAI is a business listing platform that uses Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) to help Indian businesses get recommended by AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Bing AI. We generate AI-optimized content and submit your business profile to search engines.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information about your business.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  • One account per business is permitted.
  • You must not use the platform for illegal, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

4. Subscription and Payments

  • Paid plans are billed monthly. Subscription continues until cancelled.
  • All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
  • GST is applicable as per Indian tax laws and will be added at checkout.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds are subject to our 15-day visibility guarantee policy.

5. 15-Day Visibility Guarantee

If your business profile is not indexed and visible on Perplexity or Bing AI within 15 days of registration on a paid plan, we will provide the next month of service free of charge. This guarantee applies to paid subscribers only.

6. AI-Generated Content

VisibilityAI uses Google Gemini AI to generate business descriptions, FAQs, and keywords. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed by you. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business information and logo. By submitting content to VisibilityAI, you grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content for the purpose of providing our services.

8. Limitation of Liability

VisibilityAI does not guarantee specific rankings or placements on third-party AI platforms, as these are controlled by the respective platforms. Our service optimizes your content for AI discovery, but actual results may vary.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, provide false information, or engage in abusive behavior on the platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
